Describe the bug

The ethereum.org website is translated into many languages. When selecting other than English language (eg Czech), the tutorials page should show either translated tutorials OR if there are none, show the english ones instead.

But right now it doesnt show any.

If the language doesnt have any translated tutorials, the website is supposed to show the English tutorials instead.

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://ethereum.org/cs/developers/tutorials/
  2. See error

show tutorials in english
