The colors of network maturity tag on https://ethereum.org/en/layer-2/networks/ should be switched.

The "emerging" tag stands out more than the "maturing" tag which is unintentional.

To remedy that, I propose switching the two colors so that "emerging" category is less prominent than the "maturing" category.
