Is there any way to run testsuite for testing?
( https://github.com/ethereum/tests ) or your own testsuite.

If the answer above is yes, what's command can execute the testsuite?

You could either run separate tests in IDE from https://github.com/ethereum/ethereumj/tree/develop/ethereumj-core/src/test/java/org/ethereum/jsontestsuite
or run all tests with ./gradlew tckRun
