Teku/Nimbus: Support separate containers form beacon and validator processes #261

Currently it's only possible to run teku and nimbus in the following modes:

Beacon in a single container
Beacon + Validator in a single container
Validator in a single container

It would be nice to have an additional feature flag to enable running the beacon and validator in seaparate contaienrs.
