All deck-wide settings supported by Speed Focus Mode follow below. Please note that you will have to restart Anki to apply any changes.
(true/false): Whether to show the "More Time!" button and countdown in the Reviewer. Default: true.
(string): Hotkey used to trigger the "More Time!" feature. Needs to be a single alphanumerical key on Anki 2.0. Can be a composite hotkey on Anki 2.1 (e.g. "Ctrl+P"). Default: p.
(true/false): Whether to stop any active timers when typing an answer. Default: true.
