smartWB with RFID

I´m currenly using a smartWB (aka EVSE Wifi) with EVCC.

I would like to require the user to start/stop charging with the rfid (stopping not so important but starting is).

So I need to set the smartWB to "normal mode". But then EVCC is complaining that I should set smartWB to remote mode.
But then again, if I do that charging is starting as soon as a car is plugged in.

What I would like to archive: EVCC should not start a charge without a user starting it by using his rfid at the smartWB to activate the smartWB. However the actual charge should not actually start until there is enough power coming from the solar panels.

Is there a way to achive that ?

EDIT: Just to elaborate little more. I was able to setup EVCC to charge only when there is enough power generated by the solar panel.
I was also able to set up smartWB to activate only by RFID. Now I want to combine both as described above...
