Metra Routing Currently Unusable Due to How Street Grid is Constructed

If we want to use Metra, the best solution is probably to expand the graph to a rectangular region that includes all the serviced suburbs. This is easy to implement, but it will significantly increase the size of the graph, which could create performance issues.
