How to use a2

WIP!

• Go to the releases page
• Expand the > Assets on the top release.
• click the a2_installer...exe for instance:
  
• Download, Save it
• Run the installer. This will pop up this Windows dialog:
  
  This is a known issue and will hopefully be resolved in the future. See #186
• OK the installation
  
• A moment later the a2 User Interface should pop up:
