Feature Request: Pre-Upgrade Script Option

Currently, right now, the script option is post upgrade only. It would be helpful to have a pre-upgrade option as well. For example, for me, the built in mirror generator is official repos only (which I assume is for some reason or another, probably good reasons, but I would like an option for more niche users to make their own way), so I have my own slightly modified rate-mirrors based script that I use for custom repositories (such as Chaotic-AUR which is especially prone to mirrors being too out of date). Not super useful to rate my mirrors AFTER an upgrade. Might be useful for other things that I can't think of currently. Thanks.
