Continued from #244, which I closed when we ended up just waiting till 0.11.0.

The Exercism Zig track should try to stay in sync with the main online learning resources for Zig: ziglearn and ziglings. Both of them try to require some relatively recent Zig master release.

https://ziglearn.org was updated yesterday for all the changes in 0.11.0, and now follows 0.11.

If the Zig track and https://ziglang.org/learn/#online-learning-resources keep pointing to ziglearn, the track should probably stay on 0.11.

Merged ebb9581 to bump Zig to 0.12.0.

Zig 0.12.0 is supposed to be OK to pin to, and the learning resources will probably stay with that. Let's stick with Zig 0.12.0 for now.
