If I touch and swipe my finger in the direction there is scroll movement and let go the touch event is triggered for native Android scrolling (not expected), if I tap the touch event it is triggered as expected.
If I setup iScroll or one of the other javascript scroller libraries and swipe the touch event isn't triggered after the swipe down the screen - only when I tap it.
Is it possible to test for native scrolling - so touched is not triggered as I scroll a page and accidentally click on a touched event?
Thanks.

Not sure if this is this is a bug or as intended.
