If the MTurk account has insufficient funds to create a HIT an error is thrown. However, the HIT is still 'created' in the expfactory HIT menu (with no corresponding mturk HIT). This is confusing and shouldn't happen.

Also, since this is a predictable error it would be great to catch this error and display it in a more 'friendly' way.
