💰 Competitive Salary Range: $32,000 - $150,000 USD per year, depending on experience level:

• New Grad: $32,000
• Associate: $47,000
• Senior: $63,000
• Staff: $78,000
• Principal: $94,000
• Director: $110,000
• C-Level: $150,000

Role Overview

As our Front-End Engineer, you will develop engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling user interfaces for our web app product. You'll work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and the marketing team, transforming design mockups, user stories, and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring an immersive and seamless user experience.

Your Journey as a Front-End Engineer

• Work with our front-end ecosystem:
  • TypeScript
  • React and Material UI (MUI)
  • React Native for mobile front-end development
• Implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle
• Engage in code reviews
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code
• Partner with various teams to create user-delighting features
• Collaborate with our design team to address user pain points
• Drive improvements in engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Develop new tools for internal teams
• Take ownership and accountability for your work
• Integrate APIs with front-end frameworks
• Build, manage, and reuse UI components effectively
• Troubleshoot and debug existing software systems
• Participate in regular launches of new markets, features, or products

What You Bring

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
2. Five or more years of coding experience or a similar role internship
3. Proficiency in web development frameworks, especially JavaScript, React, and Material UI (MUI)
4. Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and SQL Server
5. Familiarity with quality control testing using tools such as QUnit, Mocha, Jasmine, or RSpec
