按照你这里一步步来的

打包出来目录如下

运行包越少多个dll:osg.gll、osgUtil.dll、gdal.gll、osgDB.dll

.\vcpkg\installed\x64-windows-release\bin目录下的文件拷贝到打包出来的release文件夹里
