TURN not work well,one side have video,the other not

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.two imsdroid clients call,one clinets(1007) behind symetric NAT,the 
other(1020) not.
2.1007 call 1020,net connect success.1020 can receive video and audio 
stream,but 1007 can't.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
two sides can receive video and audio stream.but only one side received.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
