sometimes normalizer creates postcode out of a house number

address: 10034 INWOOD DR HOUSTON TX
unexpected component: postcode, value: 10034
[('10034', 'postcode'), ('inwood dr', 'road'), ('houston', 'city'), ('tx', 'state')]

iff you did provide components, but you did NOT provide a postcode component, then treat normalizer's postcode as house number (if house number is not otherwise set)
