account #0 selected upon initial opening of Account window

if a wallet has multiple accounts (for reproduction purposes, 5+), and you last closed it while an account other than #0 was selected, opened it again and opened the Account window, the account selection jumps to #0 without any further user action. you lose your view as far as accounts are concerned.

the behavior seems to be limited to the first time the Account window is opened during a wallet session, and no similar anomalous account selection seems to occur if the wallet was last closed while account #0 was selected.
