Text ID error after Kakariko shooting gallery with French text

Generate a seed with the following plando:

Start the minigame and get rid of all the arrows (you don't need to hit the rupees). A “TEXT ID ERROR” message appears, after which the game gets stuck in a cutscene camera. Pausing still works but you can't do anything else. The bug does not occur when the language is set to English.
