Describe the issue
Implement foveated rendering with open source eyetracking hardware & software

Hardware
Eyetrack VR eyetracking
Valve Index (with upcoming Nofio wireless)
Current GPU: Nvidia RTX3060 12gb

Config and log
If possible, post the contents of the openvr_mod.cfg and openvr_mod.log files.
