missing dxgi file #174
Comments
You probably downloaded the wrong file. This is the correct download: https://github.com/fholger/vrperfkit/releases/download/v0.3/vrperfkit_v0.3.zip If that's not it, then your virus scanner may have interfered and deleted the dll. |
Thank you, I found the right one on the releases page. I can't seem to tell
any difference with it on. I have them both in the binaries folder with the
.exe file but it does look different to me. Even when I do ctrl f2 and
switch through them, nothing seems to happen

Is there a way to get the mod to work with virtual desktop? That's the only
way I'm able to play vr games atm

For VD, only SteamVR games are supported. There is no support for OpenXR at all, and the Oculus runtime support of vrperfkit does not work with VD. |
Okay last question, how possible would it be to use this on a meta quest 3
headset? Like is there a way to import it into a folder with an game apk
and have it to the same thing for those games?

There is no way to use vrperfkit with standalone titles on a Quest headset. If you connect the Quest to your PC, you can still use it with PCVR titles, though. |
How about developing something similar but uses gsr instead?
