There is very little chance that FSR 2.0 can be implemented in a generic toolkit like vrperfkit. Unlike its predecessor, it is going to be a temporal effect. As a consequence, it will require much deeper engine-level integration similar to DLSS. And that means that games / engines will most likely have to implement it directly.
