I would like to add a filtering syntax to fibertools to allow manipulations similar to what is possible in samtools using -E.

Some ideas for filters I would want to be possible with this syntax:

  • Position and relative position
  • Within MSP
  • Haplotype
  • Has X number of 5mC/m6a/nucs/MSPs
