S3 KPIs

I see that you have a metric named "% S3 Storage on the wrong tier". At my org, I am tracking % Standard and giving a scorecard result based on that. This shows me one end of the spectrum, so to capture the other end, I will soon be pairing the % Standard metric with % Archive which combines the total percentage of data residing in any of the archive classes including IntelligentTieringAIA. Two S3 metrics I would propose are:

• % Standard
• % Archive
