Let's get to the point where we have the original web POC running in a monolithic .net program.

OpenAI ChatEndPoint wrapper for unit testing. Use as much of the original classes as possible.
- ChatEndpoint.GetCompletionAsync(req)
Test driven: NLProcessing + config
Demo app - same as web POC, but with WPF.
