Get firedancer running in a container under k8s so we can deploy to certain partner clusters.

@mmcgee-jump Can we close this? I don't see anything actionable here. fdctl should be able to run in K8s at this point. Or are there specific known issues that need to be fixed?

The issue is about trying to get it running, which is actionable since we haven't done it. Feel free to close if it works.
