MQTT Within HAOS

I was wondering how to set up the MQTT portion. I have tried adding it to the yaml but either I get an error publishing, or I see teh autodiscovery set in the log but I cant find it. I have MQTT working on some other stuff. Solar Assistant on another pi is sending to my HAOS device. I have zigbee2mqtt working too so I assume I should be able to get batmon working but its not showing up.

I saw the other post about this but his solution was to set it up on another device and I would like to keep everything on the HAOS device if possible.
