App doesn't "zoom out" when Super key is pressed on Gnome

On Gnome, when the super key is pressed, all windows on the current desktop are shrunk down to provide a visual overview.

The Element app remains full size and blocks access to any of the other apps.

Expected behaviour

Window should "zoom back" on Super press

Actual behaviour

Window blocks access to part of menu and other items on screen.

There's no error messages, or unusual behaviour aside from this.

I've been facing this issue too, plus weird interactions with the borders.
