Do not report issue for old MangoHud versions

Describe the bug

List relevant hardware/software information

  • CachyOS
  • MangoHud version 0.8.1
  • NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use MangoHUD

  2. Expected behavior
    If there's too much information that may not be entierly visible on only one text line, show a second one.

Additional context
Version 0.7.2 of MangoHUD was ok with that.
