Some way to re-do the temporal binning. With higher(1024 or higher) bins, that is too granular and the fitting routine does not work well. This is a general issue with sparse data. We should detect when there are too many bins for the counts, and then re-bin to something smaller, and then try the fit again. Can get very tricky. But would "fix" this file.
