Add past and new staff to staff list

The staff list is to be located on the about page. For an example, unhide the current code on that page. The example needn't be followed.

Preferably, the list from all years will be available, but either on separate pages that are hyperlinked on the about page, revealed via toggle (example), or some other mechanism.
