数据库表cloud_record的ip字段，在IPV6访问下有溢出bug，需要修改数据库字段大小解决 #234

如图，第一个IPV6地址在缩写后刚好长度为19个字符

而图最后两个ipv6地址是全长度的地址，原本数据库ip字段长度为20个char，如果是较长IP地址访问会直接返回500错误无法获取插件列表和正常激活。

直接将数据库cloud_record表的IP字段长度修改为200后解决

看了一下数据库初始化文件，其他几个表的ip字段长度也是20。建议修改。
