First Time DevTools lands me in a confusing page

VSC encouraged me to launch dev-tools, which is fine. But then once it did, it landed me on a confusing page:

We are adding an "inspect" icon to the VSCode plugin toolbar that will by design land you on the inspector page.
The good news is the "details panel" of the inspector is empty by default when the inspector is open. What do you think of creating an HTML page that is a truncated version of the general inspector tutorial content explaining what this page is and how to use it to be more productive as a Flutter developer?

We have a landing page and we also have a video tutorial linked from each page that provides "how to use this page" information.
