I have collected my graphs with different format like PubMed/ Reddit-Binary. if your work is extendable, may I know which parts of code I need to change? Thank you in advance,

Hi,
You can use your own dataset, our implementation is compatible with PyG's data format. As far as I know, PubMed is an undirected graph dataset. Our method is mainly for directed graphs.
