Automatically make links from tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Like most systems with hashtags, I would like tags in my notes to be links that bring up some kind of page that displays an index of the tag. Maybe the link goes to the tag explorer, or to the graph, or to a new dynamic view that lists notes with the tag.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Write an inline tag like #Foo in a document
2. The Preview panel should render a link for #Foo
3. The link should navigate to the Tag Explorer, or a dynamically generated index page for the tag.

Don't use tags?

But if tags can't be used how they work in most other systems with tags, then maybe Foam shouldn't support tags at all?
