This was another from the Friday call on betanet. I believe that we said that there was some hard-coded reward stuff built in, but that we needed to make it a little more realistic for betanet. It sounded like it was fairly trivial as a task. @ASmithOWL to add more detail or correct me if I'm wrong about any of the above. :)
