Left skill section goes down with the main content on scrolling down to page #3627

Actual Behaviour
On scrolling down to the page Left skill section goes down with main content and become out of reach directly.

Expected Behaviour

Left skill section should be fixed with respect to main content and does not go down with it.

Is LeftMenu.js is the file that is controlling the left side bar in home screen ?
I found it in ./src/components/NavigationBar/LeftMenu.js
