npm install --global foundation-cli

What are the steps to follow to change from bower to https://yarnpkg.com, I have seen that just adding to registry of this is enough, how true is it

This is just a warning. We switched to npm in 6.5.0 RC1. yarn is just a proxy to npm in general.
