There should be a way to view the rulebook as part of the app. It does not need to be fancy for now, and can just be a scan of the Law of Root book or something?

In future, we may want to improve the rulebook UI with some features:

  1. Navigation (table of contents/search/index)
  2. Highlight rules, which show up on other players' screens
