Match list and notifications

Show upcoming matches for 5806 and give push notifications when it's n matches away
Allow us to click on team numbers for that match and get our scouting data

To be clear, 5806 matches should just be highlighted (all should be shown). It would be cool if scouts could "commit" to matches, so they could see if they were needed to watch a match. If a match is about to start that doesn't have 7 scouts committed, the app should give notifications to all non-committed scouts, asking them to commit.
