Black screen when using iGPU "Raphael" for new AMD Ryzen processors. #33

This problem was found in linux-firmware 20230625 - https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/2666 .
After that, the dcn_3_1_5_dmcub.bin file was revert to the previous
version.

To solve the problem, update the dcn_3_1_5_dmcub.bin file with the corrected version https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/plain/amdgpu/dcn_3_1_5_dmcub.bin
