Unable to send feedback or delete account without completing my profile

I just signed into freedomsponsors.org with my Google account because I thought that's how I usually log into my freedomsponsors account, and it presented me with a page to make a profile, so I immediately realised that I had created a new account instead of logging into the existing one.

I scrolled down and clicked "Cancel my account", and got the error pop-up:

Please complete your profile before proceeding.

I scrolled back to the top and clicked "Feedback" in the black horizontal menubar at the top in order to report this bug, and got the same error pop-up:

Please complete your profile before proceeding.

I should be able to submit feedback and delete my account without completing my profile.
