I've noticed emails that contain styling that make them 'pretty' gets cutoff and we have to select the 'show original' option in Freescout to view the entire message. If we go into the email account that gets the email before the Freescout fetch/sync, the email appears as it should. When selecting the 'show original' option, a blue banner alert will appear indicating a fetching error. I thought this was because we have Freescout deleting the message after fetching but I changed the setting to keep the email - mark as read and the blue banner goes away but the problem continues.
