Hi Ethan,

Nice set of examples! I was wondering if you have decided on a license for this code?

Cheers,

Rowland

Hey Rowland!

Thanks for checking out that repo! I added this clause to the end of the readme last week:

"You're free to use, make money from, deploy, and modify this code."

If you have an official licence name that I should tack on which represents this though, let me know!

Hi Ethan,

Cool, thanks, much appreciated!

WTFPL is a good bet and pretty much matches what you've already written;)

Jeff Atwood has a good rundown on other licensing options:

This is a nice demo, especially the use of Slick and authentication.

Thanks for all the info. The WTFPL does seem like a pretty good fit! And thanks for the comment on the code. I think this is a pretty slick framework/set of libraries for a webapp. A couple friends and I are in the process of making a profitable site using this stack on the side. It hasn't let us down yet! I would like to take this from a hobby side project to a full time job one day, but finding scala developer jobs isn't easy in the area where I'm located.
