Publish to crates.io

I don't think most people in the "scene" are using rust a lot, but for those of us who do, it would be nice to have a crate to install. Also might be a good idea just to register a placeholder crate even if you don't want to publish something, just so someone malicious doesn't do it.

Edit: might be nice to turn memlib into a library crate of its own as well since afaik there isn't something like this already.

Also, thank you a shit ton for this project. It's super useful and I love that you used rust.
