Unable to find course matching ID Number but it is correct

Hello!

I was trying to use this plugin but although the course number is correct, when I upload the file I get the message "Unable to find course matching "63" being 63 the number I've put in the cvs. Could you help me out please?

Also, I need to bulk upload the activity completion by the user's email. Is there a change I can use it instant of their username or userid?
