If the lower end of the confidence interval has positive Elo value then it is more likely that a good param is found.

Example:

Actual match result: Elo -14.0, CI: [-47.7, +19.9], CL: 95%, G/W/D/L: 200/45/102/53, POV: optimizer

Normally the -14 is sent to the sampler, but -47.7 can also be sent as objective value.
