This is an epic ticket containing multiple sub-problems for the DRS + Passports token handoff.

The goal here is to achieve agreement/resolution across FASP, DURI, and Cloud work streams about open questions on the design proposal prior to making any PRs. Once these resolutions have been reached and are communicated in the design document, then PRs involving spec changes can be made.

Other than the gdocs, are there active conversations happening anywhere in writing? Or is this mostly FASP calls and the docs?

@davidbernick this was done on the gdocs, FASP and Cloud as well.
This work was also mention in some of the Research Identity specific meetings.

I think it saw some action also during the GA4GH Connect back in spring, but I was not there.
