Upgrading from gaffa 1.2.0 to 1.3.0

there are no breaking changes between versions 1.2.0 and 1.3.0

However..

All views now trigger 'load' and 'unload' actions.

This means the pageLoad behaviour isn't needed any more, and you can instead assign actions directly to the view that needs to trigger them.

Existing pageLoad behaviours will continue to work.
