Describe the bug
Using the tool "Convert compressed file to uncompressed" version 1.0.1 on a fasta.gz file result in an output with the fast format instead of fasta. Changing the datatype manually shows that the output is a proper fasta file.
The output format is fine with the version 1.0.0 (both org and eu have the two versions as separate tools)

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug
Galaxy Version: {"version_major":"24.2","version_minor":"1.dev0"}

Browser and Operating System
Operating System: macOS
Browser: Chrome

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import history : https://usegalaxy.org/u/delphinel/h/test-decompression
  2. Run both version of the decompressing tool (datasets 49 and 50 in the history)
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Version 1.0.0 is behaving as expected, converting a fasta.gz file to a fast file. Maybe remove the faulty version?

You're using the wrong converter (bz2 when you wanted gz). However they're all named that same, so that's a UI bug
