Consider adding an (important) 'links' field to a tutorial #5390

We have the use case of important links for a 'session' from the video library
gallantries/video-library#114

perhaps having this as an official metadata feature would let us add a 🔗 dropdown and provide a better ux for issues like #5389

but maybe there's some other solution to this that would be better? We haven't needed to link out to external resources until now

@shiltemann mentions the video 'description' field could be used for this.
